Terms of Use
Community Guidelines · Effective Date: October 6, 2026
These Terms of Use and Community Guidelines apply to everyone who uses the Neonly app. By creating a profile you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Neonly.
1. Who can use Neonly
- You must be at least 18 years old. Accounts of anyone under 18 are removed as soon as we learn about them.
- You may have only one account, and it must represent you — a real person.
- You may not use Neonly if we have previously removed your account for breaking these rules.
2. Community Guidelines
Neonly is a place to meet new people respectfully. We do not allow objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You must not post, send or share anything that:
- involves minors in any sexual or suggestive way, or sexualises children in any form;
- contains nudity, sexually explicit material or pornography;
- harasses, bullies, threatens, stalks or intimidates another person;
- promotes hate or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation or any other protected characteristic;
- shows graphic violence, self-harm, or encourages illegal activity;
- impersonates someone else, or uses photos that are not of you;
- is spam, a scam, or a request for money, gifts or financial information;
- offers or solicits paid sexual services, or involves the exploitation of people;
- shares another person's private information without their consent.
3. Reporting and blocking
If someone makes you uncomfortable or breaks these rules, you can act right away from their profile or from your chat with them using the ⋯ menu:
- Block — you will no longer see each other, and your chat is closed for both of you.
- Report — choose a reason and, optionally, describe what happened. The person is blocked immediately, and your report is sent to our moderation team. Reports are confidential: the reported person is not told who reported them.
You can also write to support@neonly.online.
4. Moderation
Our team reviews every report. To decide on a report, moderators may look at the reported profile and at the messages between the two people involved. If we find that someone broke these rules, we remove their content and ban their account — they lose access immediately and their profile disappears from the app. Serious violations, especially any involving minors, are removed without warning and reported to the relevant authorities.
5. Your content
You are responsible for the photos, profile text and messages you share. You keep ownership of them, and you allow us to store and display them to other users so the service can work. You can delete individual photos at any time, or delete your account and all its data from Settings → Delete account or at our account deletion page.
6. Safety
We cannot verify the identity of every user. Be careful when sharing personal information, never send money to someone you met on Neonly, and meet for the first time in a public place. If you are in danger, contact your local emergency services.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the current version is always published at this address. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
