Delete your Neonly account

In the app — the fastest way

1. Open Neonly and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm with your password.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Send an email to support@neonly.online from the email address you used to register, with the subject “Delete my Neonly account”. We will confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days. If you no longer have access to that email address, tell us and we will verify that the account is yours another way.

What gets deleted

• Your account: email address and password hash.
• Your profile: name, age, gender, bio, city, interests, photos and location.
• Your matches and messages, and the reports and blocks you made.

What we keep

• Technical records of what the app showed and when, with the link to your account removed. We keep them for analytics and to protect the service.
• Anything we are legally required to keep, for as long as the law requires.
